Miller - Gould Leona & Ted Miller of Victoria, BC are very pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Lindsey Elizabeth Miller to Richard Wayne Harold Gould, son of Lynda Cooper & Wayne Gould of Victoria. Lindsey, a graduate of the University of Victoria and Richard, a graduate of Carleton University both work and reside in Vancouver, BC. The wedding will take place at the English Inn, Victoria, September 2016.
